"HUNT FOR YELLOW" INSTANT WIN GAME AND SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. GAME/SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT NOON (ET) ON 2/17/09 AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 4/13/09 (THE "PROMOTION PERIOD").

1. UPC CODES: A Universal Product Code (a "UPC Code") from a package of any Participating Product (defined in Rule 9 below) is required to play the Instant Win Game (the "Game") and enter the Sweepstakes described in Rule 6 below. UPC Codes are available on the outside of all packages of Participating Products. You also may obtain one (1) Entry Code (defined below) at www.huntforyellow.com (the "Website") as described in Rule 2 below. Game/Sweepstakes ends at 11:59:59 AM (ET) on 4/13/09.

2. TO PLAY GAME AND ENTER SWEEPSTAKES: Complete official registration form available on the Website or log in if you are already registered, enter your UPC Code and follow the on-screen instructions to play the Game. If you do not have a UPC Code, you may obtain an entry code through the Website (an "Entry Code"). Limit: one (1) Entry Code per email address during the Promotion Period. Each Entry Code may be used to play the Game once only, but UPC Codes may be used more than once. ALL GAME PLAYS MUST BE COMPLETED BY 11:59:59 AM (ET) ON 4/13/09. Game Play Limit: one (1) Game play per email address per day; if more than one Game play per email address per day is submitted, only the first such Game play is eligible. Each Game play is deemed submitted by the natural person assigned the email address by the entity responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such person's email address. Multiple Game participants are not permitted to share the same email address. If you are the first person to play the Game on or after the predetermined time and date for the most recent prize message made available, you will receive a Game message that says "CONGRATULATIONS!" and win the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. Winning dates and times will be randomly predetermined under the supervision of D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Game/Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Entry: Each time you play the Game, you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entry Limit: one Sweepstakes entry per Game play.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS: One (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize: Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) awarded as a check made payable to winner. Three (3) Game First Prizes: $5,000 awarded as a check made payable to winner. Two Hundred (200) Game Second Prizes: $25 awarded as a check made payable to winner. Odds of winning the Game First, Second, Third and Fourth Prizes depend upon the number of people playing the Game and the date and time of each play. Prize Limit: one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize or Game First Prize per household and one (1) Game Prize per household per day. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for delivery of prize; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winners.

4. INSTANT WIN PRIZE CLAIMS: Each winner will receive an e-mail with information about his/her prize at the e-mail address provided on his/her official registration form. Unclaimed Game First and Second Prizes will be awarded in the Drawing described in Rule 5 below (assuming sufficient number of eligible entries). Other unclaimed Game prizes will not be awarded. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the unlikely event that more winning messages for any Game prize level are distributed than the number stated in these rules, that stated number of prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level.

5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: All unclaimed Game First and Second Prizes will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing (the "Drawing"), assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. Each time you play the Game, whether you win or not, you will be automatically entered in the Drawing. Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 5/12/09. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received and the number of unclaimed Game First and Second Prizes that are included in the Drawing. Drawing winners will be notified by mail or overnight delivery.

6. SELECTION OF SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or about 4/20/09 by D.L. Blair, Inc., whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Game/Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner will be notified by overnight delivery.

7. ELIGIBILITY: Game/Sweepstakes open to individual legal residents of the United States (including Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions), age 13 or older as of 2/17/09, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.

8. VERIFICATION OF PRIZE WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner and Game First Prize winners will, and other prize winners may, be required to sign affidavits of eligibility and liability releases and, where permitted, publicity releases. Entry into this Game/Sweepstakes constitutes prize winners' agreement to sign such releases. Any prize may be awarded to alternate winner if affidavit/release is not returned within 14 days after mailing to prize winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable. If any prize is won by a minor, it may be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsor's sole discretion. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery. Winners agree to use of name, address, likeness and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parents/legal guardians. Prize claims and entries are sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

10. GENERAL: This Game/Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Game/Sweepstakes is governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Game/Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in any entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register for or to play the Game/enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or play will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict registrations from any IP address if a suspicious registration, play and/or entry is detected. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Game/Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Game/Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Game/Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and a random drawing to award the Sweepstakes Grand Prize and all remaining Game Prizes will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect Sweepstakes entries received prior to such time.
